At Vivid IT Solutions we are very aware of the environmental impact of our industry and we constantly strive to minimise that impact wherever we can. Contrary to popular belief being "green" does not have to cost more and in fact, where IT is concerned, can actually save you money in the long run.

The key points of our environmental strategy are:
- To minimise waste by continually evaluating all operations and ensuring they are as efficient as possible.
- To minimise emissions caused by the use of any vehicles used on company business through selection of lower impact vehicles where possible and through careful monitoring of the efficiency of use of those vehicles.
- To actively promote recycling practices.
- To source and promote products that minimise environmental impact, e.g. by supplying equipment with reduced power consumption.
- To meet or exceed all the environmental legislation that may relate to the Company
- To use an accredited program to offset the greenhouse gas emissions generated by our activities
- To strive to continually improve our environmental performance and minimise the social impact and damage of our business by regularly reviewing our environmental policy.
- To raise the awareness of all staff so that the whole company is involved in actively helping to minimise environmental impact.
Green IT
Green IT is not a product we sell - it's the way we work.
