Every support agreement is designed around your needs. They can broadly be split into two categories, Contract and Pay-as-you-go, but the level of support that you receive from us is determined by you.

Contract

Our fixed price IT support agreements give you peace of mind in knowing that knowledgable IT experts are just a phone call away and will be able to give you a quick, friendly and efficient response - in langauge that you will understand - whenever you need it

Switching your IT support to us couldn't be easier. We conduct an audit of your systems, talk to you about your current issues and install remote management software on the computers. And that's it!

Support requests can be logged on the phone, by email or directly through the software installed on the computer, whichever you prefer

Pay as you Go

If you do not want to commit to a monthly contract or you just want to try us out for a while we offer a pay as you go option.

You can buy blocks of support time in advance or simply pay for the hours you use. You still benefit from the same engineers and receive the same high levels of service, it's just the method of payment that changes.
